Mindful movement is exercise performed with awareness to move smarter. It involves mental focus to train your body to move optimally through both athletic activities and everyday life. Presented activities can be performed in the physical education setting, at recess, in the classroom, or in designated areas around your building. This session will provide attendees with several resources and research-based concepts that can be implemented immediately in the learning environment.
